About Us

1974: Desiree A. Tenaglia started a building maintenance company based in West Chester, PA serving corporate customers such as Texas Eastern Pipeline along with professional office complexes.

1978: Brian A. Sunday expanded the offering to include specialty maintenance services for new construction. Our customers included property management and development companies such as Rouse & Associates for their Great Valley Corporate Center and Toll Brothers.

1980: Adopting a new name, Brian A. Sunday Janitorial Service, the focus shifts towards floor maintenance such as concrete, wood, stone and tile floors working with manufacturers such as Stonhard, Tennant and Federal Flooring (now Sika).

1986: The Company evolves exclusively into a high performance floor concrete coating application service adopting a new name, Hi-Tech Concrete Coatings.

1987: Our geographic coverage extends to the entire Mid-Atlantic States and Capital Cities Region, eventually reaching into Northern Virginia, and West Virginia.

1988: First corporate hangar floor installation at Atlantic Aviation, Wilmington DE completed in conjunction with Bell Maintenance of West Chester PA using Federal Flooring (now Sika) epoxy and urethane.

1991: Incorporated as Hi-Tech Concrete Coatings, Inc.

1997: Base of operations moves to South Central PA (Lititz, PA)

We are selective with our customers so that we can provide the floor surface they will be happy with for years to come and not just a "quick-fix". We endeavor to keep pace with our industry’s most recent innovations, utilizing a wide range of tools and machines to complete our projects efficiently and thoroughly.

Our workforce includes several full-time crews consisting of disciplined craftsmen capable of handling small to very large installations. They work hard and long to get the job done. Through the years we have retained a skilled group of temporary workers who are called up for weekend schedules when the need arises.

Brian and Chris Sunday have many years of experience working with various concrete surfaces and a keen sense of the peculiarities and uniqueness of each concrete slab. Their technical knowledge of concrete and floor treatment products enables them to determine the best surface solution.
