Below shows the detailed work we perform from surface preparation to topcoat
 1. Spalled concrete due to inlaid heat piping. |
 2. Remove loose concrete to base concrete. |

 3. Install divider to allow for expansion. |
 4. Apply epoxy mortar and overfill. |

 5. Shot blast floor to deep clean and diamond-cut joints. |
 6. Apply semi-rigid epoxy joint filler. |

 7. Hand grind excess joint filler. |
 8. Diamond grind with planetary grinder and vacuum system. |
| |
 9. Apply epoxy primer at 1 to 2 mils with upright steel trowel. |
 10. Patch small holes, sand, vacuum and tack rag. |

 11. Three-man roll procedure to thoroughly apply topcoat of White Satin finish High Wear Urethane. |
 12. Apply second topcoat of White Gloss High Performance Urethane. |
