This critical step of detailed preparation results in a smooth, uniform surface that will last and last and look great.

Below shows the detailed work we perform from surface preparation to topcoat

1. Spalled concrete due to inlaid heat piping.	2. Remove loose concrete to base concrete.
3. Install divider to allow for expansion.	4. Apply epoxy mortar and overfill.
5. Shot blast floor to deep clean and diamond-cut joints.	6. Apply semi-rigid epoxy joint filler.
7. Hand grind excess joint filler.	8. Diamond grind with planetary grinder and vacuum system.
9. Apply epoxy primer at 1 to 2 mils with upright steel trowel.	10. Patch small holes, sand, vacuum and tack rag.
11. Three-man roll procedure to thoroughly apply topcoat of White Satin finish High Wear Urethane.	12. Apply second topcoat of White Gloss High Performance Urethane.
