Coatings & Resurfacers
Consider the effect a floor coating could have in your facility. High performance coatings provide protection, easy maintenance, and brighten up a facility so they look great.
Our capabilities include analysis, preparation and application. Our coatings installations range in thickness from 3 mils to 125 mils with resurfacers up to ¼ inch. Sealers for new concrete can be applied to eliminate concrete dusting and provide limited protection to floor surfaces. We recommend urethane topcoats for superior durability and wear.

Green Building
We utilize environmentally responsible products that can contribute toward LEED credits for sustainable building projects. Products can be applied during normal business hours - no shutdown required. Our products meet the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) VOC regulations in all states and are ideal for odor-sensitive environments.
Epoxies
Self-leveling, 100% solids epoxy products with rapid cure times minimize downtime and provide a good base for high performance urethane topcoats.
Urethanes
Satin finish urethanes such as Eco-HTSTM 100, manufactured by Tennant, along with other durable urethane topcoats by Sika® and Florock®, offer high protection for abrasion and chemical resistance in high traffic areas.
Eco-HPS® 100, manufactured by Tennant is a high gloss urethane topcoat with superior chemical resistance, delivering high-performance results for high-image areas such as corporate aircraft hangars.
Specialty Coatings

- Tennant InstaCureTM for those who absolutely can't shut down to coat.
- Effective UV Stable, non-yellowing coating applied on bare concrete, coated concrete, unglazed tile, and vinyl tile.
 
- Tennant Eco-ECTTM for static controlled environments, provides long-lasting, electrostatic discharge control to increase operational safety with a gloss finish
- Tennant Eco-EDSTM for electrostatic discharge control
- Sika® FlowfreshTM Hygienic Polyurethane for heavy duty and hygienic performance floors. Plus a built-in antimicrobial inhibits growth of many micro-organisms for pharmaceutical, food industry, or any other clean surface floor.
Colorants, Lines, and Logos
Standard and specially formulated colors mark aisles, route traffic and cover stained concrete.
Permanent lines and markings are applied utilizing the same durable products as your floor coating system.
Corporate colors and logos can be designed and applied to meet your specifications.
Quartz and Flake
Decorative coating solutions are ideal applications for commercial and institutional facilities. Non-yellowing epoxy and urethane coatings are ten times more UV-stable than standard epoxy systems. Applications range from smooth to highly textured finishes for slip resistance and offer superior chemical and abrasion resistance.
Clean, Safe and Durable
"High-traction" certification by the National Floor Safety Institute (NFSI) means our products have passed a 2-phase testing process. When properly applied and maintained, these products will meet a higher standard of slip resistance and reduce your potential liability for slip-and-fall. The benefit is a safer environment for your employees and customers.
